Who We Are
At Willow Birth Village we’re space holders, advocates, and healers. Our doulas come from diverse backgrounds, but we share one mission: to support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with deep compassion, evidence-based wisdom, and a fierce respect for your autonomy. We believe in the power of birth to transform, heal, and connect. And we know that the right support can make all the difference. That’s why every member of our team shows up with open hearts, open minds, and a commitment to honoring your unique path.
Meet Our Founder
Codi Allred
From a childhood fascination with birth to becoming a fierce advocate for birthing people, Codi’s journey has always been rooted in love and service. After her own empowering birth experience in 2018, she knew she had to help other women feel that same confidence, connection, and joy.
Codi began as a solo doula, supporting births in homes, hospitals, and birth centers across Orange County. Over the years, she expanded her offerings to include postpartum care, placenta encapsulation, and midwife support. Eventually, she found herself mentoring other doulas and leading within her local collective.
Now, as the founder of Willow Birth Village, Codi’s vision is clear: to build a community where every family feels supported, and every doula feels empowered to serve with integrity, skill, and heart.

Our team is a beautifully diverse collective of doulas and wellness professionals, each bringing their own set of skills, specialties, and lived experiences to the families they serve. From midwifery students to lactation consultants, trauma-informed care providers to reiki practitioners—every doula on our team is here to hold space with love, knowledge, and nonjudgmental support.
