At Willow Birth Village, our childbirth education is more than just information—it’s about preparing your heart, body, and mind for the sacred experience of birth. All of our classes are lovingly led by our founder, Codi, and the skilled doulas within our collective. Together, they bring years of experience, evidence-based wisdom, and an unwavering belief in your ability to birth with confidence.

5-Week HypnoBirthing® Course

This transformative five-week course is a deep dive into peaceful, instinctive birth preparation. Rooted in the HypnoBirthing® philosophy, this class helps you shift your mindset around birth, release fear, and connect with your natural birthing instincts.

Throughout the series, you'll learn powerful breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and visualization practices you can use in any birth setting—whether at home, in a hospital, or a birth center. You’ll also gain a clear understanding of the physiological process of birth and how to stay in control and centered through each phase of labor.

What You’ll Learn in the HypnoBirthing® Series:

  • Breathing techniques for labor and birth

  • Guided visualizations and affirmations

  • Relaxation and hypnosis practices

  • Understanding the mind-body connection in birth

  • How fear affects birth and how to release it

1 Day Childbirth Education Intensive

For parents who want the essentials—or a meaningful refresher.

This in-person, single-day intensive is perfect for families who want to feel ready for birth but are short on time—or just need a refresher for a second or third baby. You’ll walk away feeling more confident, more informed, and more connected to your partner and birth plan.

We’ll cover the core of what you need to know:

  • The stages of labor

  • When to go to your birth location

  • Comfort measures and positioning

  • Birth partner support

  • Informed decision-making and advocacy

  • What to expect immediately after birth

This course is offered in a warm, inclusive setting with time for questions, discussion, and personalized guidance.
